In addition to his role with the Portland Thorns Academy Linus is currently, Head of Women's Soccer (North America) Sports Recruiting USA.

Linus Rhode played soccer at the University of Portland where he was the Captain of the 1995 NCAA Division I Final Four team. He played on Canada's U18, U20 and U21 National teams and was picked as the most creative player in Canada. He was also a member of the 1996 Canadian Olympic Team. He has held various coaching positions including, the Women's Head Coach at Oregon State University from 2008-2018 and Assistant Coach at Oregon State from 2000-2008. He also served as a coach for the Oregon Development Program and Regional IV staff from 1999-2000. He has coached many male and female players including several notable players such as Jodie Taylor (NSWL, Women's English League, English National Team), Rachel Axon (NWSL), Courtney Wetzel (NWSL), Colleen Boyd (NWSL), and Bella Geist (NWSL).


Duccio Tagliaferri

Duccio Tagliaferri grew up playing soccer in the streets of Naples, Italy. When he was 12 years old his family moved to Florence, Italy where he played at the local club level. When he was 14 he was recruited and played soccer at the semi-professional level for a team just outside of Florence. He was forced to step away from the game only a few of years later with a serious knee injury.

Tino Konstin
Head Coach 2010 (U11)

Tino grew up playing youth soccer locally in the Portland, OR area with the Westside Timbers Soccer Club, on one of the top teams in the country, with his team playing in the National Finals in 2009, while also participating in the ODP Region IV program and playing high school soccer at local powerhouse; Jesuit HS. Tino then went to play Division 1 collegiate soccer at Sacramento State University in California, while acquiring his bachelor's degree in cinema. As a professional soccer player, Tino played for Club Callejas de Tahuichi in Bolivia and with Club America (U20's) in Mexico.

Upon the conclusion of Tino' playing career, he entered the coaching ranks. Tino has coached for the prestigious San Francisco Glens Soccer Club in Northern California and the Westside Timbers Alliance in Oregon. In addition to coaching club soccer, Tino has expanded his coaching experiences serving as a youth camp coordinator & youth camp coach for the MLS professional side, Portland Timbers and Nike Soccer.
